I never understand why people are happy to spend over £5,000 on a camera body but don’t want to spend £30 learning how to make the most of all the high tech features! The 2 main takeaways for me were learning the different focusing systems & when to use them & also tips like programing the fn buttons. The course was very informative & great value, if you own a Z9 then booking this course is a no brainer.

This was a different photographic experience from the usual as I was sitting at home watching a screen of the view through the lens of Neil's camera which was located on the beach of Jokulsarlon in Iceland. Neil set up the composition and focus, while I was able to control the shutter speed to capture the image with guidance from Ricci. In the time available I was also able to try out the 100-400 lens. The only drawback is I now have to visit Iceland to see the locations in person!

Great photographic trip to Iceland. The trip was well planned and Neil and Marc went out of their way to make sure we were in great locations at the right time. Being Iceland the weather is "changeable" if not even brutal at times but I always felt in safe hands and knew that if possible we would be at the best location. When not possible Neil ran editing or technical sessions to enable all delegates to get the most of their images. Neil and Mark were always available to provide help and advice.

The monthly After School Club is a fantastic forum for getting all sorts of information and getting any questions you have answered. January was another great session, with lots of great discussions.

I found the session really useful. I bought a Z6ii over a year ago and have been feeling quite lost when it comes to which focus settings to use for different situations. Ricci is an excellent trainer; his passion for photography shines through and he is clearly and fountain of knowledge when it comes to Z series cameras. I now feel much for confident in using my camera and look forward to taking part in further online sessions with Nikon School.
