Nikon School Reviews Prize Draw

1. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, from time to time in our sole discretion. We will notify you of amendments to these terms and conditions by posting them to this website. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please do not enter the competition.

2. To enter this prize draw you must have attended a Nikon School training course.

3. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland, aged 16 years or over. Employees of Promoter, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

4. This competition will start on the first day of each month at 12.00AM GMT, and close at 23.59PM GMT on the last day of each month. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.

5. To enter for the chance to win, entrants must complete and submit a review from the course they have attended on www.nikonschool.co.uk/reviews or via the email that would have been sent after attending the course.

6. One winner will be picked on the first day of each month from entries from the previous month.

7. The prize is a £60 Nikon School voucher.

8. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

9. The prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.

10. The prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to (a) substitute with alternative prize of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. One winner will be notified by email by the 7th day of each month. The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

12. To obtain details of the winner/s please email [email protected] stating the name of the competition in the subject heading, 4 weeks after the closing date.

13. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.

14. By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with and accept all of the preceding rules will disqualify any entry.

15. Taxes, if any, on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize-winner.

Prize Terms and Conditions

£60 Nikon School Voucher

1. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. One winner each month will win a Nikon School Voucher for photography training (to the value of £60). No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable.

3. The voucher expires December 2021

4. Nikon UK reserves the right to substitute the prize to an equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.

5. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prize
