Despite the variable conditions with Neil & Ricci's knowledge of the area the course content was fully covered using great locations. The leader to delegate ratio, despite being the only one with a D500, ment all my questions and requests for help were fulfilled. The Smugglers Rest is a great choice for location, comfort and the owners went above and beyond to enhance the experience. The other delegates were all very friendly and generous with their knowledge.

I was simply blown away by Iceland, not only the amazing landscapes and wildlife, but also its people and their culture, this trip was nostalgic and opened my eyes to life in general. Everywhere you look there is a different photograph, the weather continuously changes giving you a completely different look, and you also have the opportunity to shoot wildlife, including Puffins and Arctic Fox!!!! BEST WORKSHOP EVER!

Having returned to photography I attended an online course during lockdown. Subsequently an onsite 6 session course with same tutor but there were many Nikon specific questions remaining. The Nikon School Z Series Focusing session was spot on & Ricci Chera packed a tremendous amount of info into 3 hours, answering all my queries & provided great tips/shortcut. I made notes which proved very useful to revise & will keep for referral. Told us more on your website too. Will def do more sessions

Ricci did a stellar job, explaining how the focus system on the Z cameras works and how the different options are interlinked, work best based on particular situations, etc. All good, but what really set him apart was his deep technical knowledge not only of the physical properties of dealing with light but also all sorts of ‘behind the scenes’ technical aspects of the Nikon system. Furthermore, he answered all questions and treated every attendee as a peer.
