Set in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, we spent the day shooting all kinds of wildlife, from cheeky pheasants, a wide range of birds, including a noisy woodpecker right through to the star of the show - red squirrels which were amazing. The location is excellent, the hides were discrete and comfortable, and the backdrops were superb giving you a wide range of compositions. And to top it all, Neil Freeman was to hand with an arsenal of camera gear and a world of knowledge to help you.

A good ideas course that focused on the basics and added useful and helpful hints and tips as it progressed. Allowed for questions throughout and delivered in a thoughtful, helpful manner, always mindful that each participant had different levels of experience and in many cases different camera models. The course endeavoured to ensure each participant had an understanding of all areas covered. Thought provoking and insightful, a very useful course to be highly recommended.
