What an eventful day. Got an opportunity to tour the British Wildlife Centre at my own pace along with Ricci and other participants. We were given ample time to take photographs using different angles and Ricci provided his useful inputs over camera settings, lightings, composition and best ways to take wildlife pictures. Full marks to the keeper at the centre who was patient with us and helped us getting closer to the animals.

It was so good the first time that I decided to go again. The red squirrels were there in good numbers and were very active and also a variety of birds so plenty of compositions available. It was extremely windy so reflections were not great but you can’t control the weather. All in all it was another thoroughly good day and of course Neil always on hand if help was needed.

The course was one of the best I have followed on zoom. Neil explained in a clear and constructive manner the ideas, methodology and post processing to produce black and white images. Neil also answered every question with helpful replies that were encouraging and not just prescriptive. I would recommend to course any photographer interested in black and white photography.
