Thought the course was a good follow up to MASTERING THE Z 9 PT 1. Ricci was a great instructor and was able to address all questions raised to him. Between this course and the Part 1 course - I'm glad that I took them as the Z9 was my first foray into the mirrorless realm having coming from using a D850.

It was a terrific day and not just for red squirrels as there was an abundance of bird life too. This must be the best location in the UK to photograph Red Squirrels. As always, Neil was on hand to help with any questions or technical problems.

Covered the topic well in a concise and logical manner and was great to see examples and hear where Ricci would use each function. Some surprises in the correct mode to use for fast moving subjects and gave a much better understanding of the limits of subject tracking. I was particularly interested in Birds in Flight and cant wait to try a different approach now.

Very well presented course and an excellent tutor. I have watched some of Ricci's videos on You Tube and was pleased to see that he was presenting this course as I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable and informative in the past. This course was delivered at just the right level for me. I was reasonably experienced with my DSLR but had made the move to Mirrorless and wanted to get familiar with this new technology.
