This course's content is well structured and presented in a very informative way. Having purchased My Z8 I was totally overwhelmed by the menu options and how to set them up. The presenter was great in taking us through the buttons and menu settings, explaining and demonstrating at a nice pace the functions of the menu options and very helpfull advice on the effect of a change and your options. The raising of questions which the presenter addressed with very informative answers was great.

Neil and Ricci have once again put together a most enjoyable Adventure, offering delegates the opportunity to photograph the Cairngorms wildlife in a beautiful natural setting. Their knowledge of animal behaviour, weather patterns, and the best times for successful photography made this trip the success it has been. Of note, once again, was their proactive approach to offering advice on camera settings, lens choices, composition, and the types of shots to be taking. This was invaluable.

a week of photographing wildlife in a Scottish winter was an enjoyable experience from start to finish, Neil, Ricci and Chris Gommersall made this week enjoyable and educational. Knowledge of cameras, photography and wildlife was in abundance and willingly shared. Knowledge of where to find the target species was excellent as was the ability to adapt programme to suit need when weather or wildlife were less cooperative and appreciated the loan kit that was available for use.

This was a much more in-depth discussion of the Z6III menus (after attending the Pt. 1 session). It started with the Time Lapse functions and then progressed into a trip through every menu feature on the camera. It gave me a much greater understanding of what each option meant and how I could use it (and whether I should not fiddle with it all). Recommended for those who like to know absolutely everything about their camera.
