What a great time. First time RIAT attendee. The help on the show format and flying schedule from Nikon was great. As for the specific course aspect, Neil and Ricci were amazing as always. Tuition, advice, critique all there for our group and 1-2-1 excellent. Nikon desk Neil, Ricci and Maja exceptional for all the days. Great collaboration with the other photo teams on site. Would fully recommend.

Much enjoyed learning how best to use Z9 and the Z400 f4.5, Z600TC and Z800 in a very different setting than animals. Also learned how to use 2 camera bodies one with long lens and one with shorter lens. Neil, Ricci and Maya were extremely supportive, helpful and informative. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and got some amazing pictures despite the best efforts of wind and rain to sabotage my learner efforts at photography!

The course was wide ranging over all aspects of focusing on the Z series cameras. Wilst some data was as I understood focusing there were other aspects which will help me in future. Ricci is so knowlegeable and easy to understand as he explains and instructs. Any queries, you just have to ask and he will help you until you are happy with the response. An excellent course and was very worthwhile.

The course covers all aspects of the Z series focusing system. The pace of the course was perfect for me. I was able to ask any questions at any time. Nothing was too much trouble for Ricci. Having moved from a D750, this virtual hands-on tutorial has been a great help. I spent an enjoyable 2 hours listening and learning from Ricci how to use the focusing system on the Nikon Z series cameras to best effect. I liked that the course was paced so that I had time to listen and take notes and was given the opportunity to ask questions, to which he responded promptly. I don't enjoy learning how to use a camera from a manual, especially when it is online, and am better suited to listening and learning. Ricci's explanations were very clear.

After shooting only landscapes using single point autofocus, I'm now branching out into nature photography and started with your wildlife and birds location workshops. These demonstrated to me that I needed to use other focus areas but didn't know anything about them. This course filled that gap in my knowledge perfectly - now all I need to do is get out there and experiment! Thank you again Ricci for being so clear and patient.

I was unsure whether to book, as it was pretty far from where I live - but it was definitely worth the trip, and the location was stunning.
All the trainers were really friendly, and great at sharing their knowledge. I went from constant blurry bird photos, with missing heads and wings to getting a crisp photo of a kestrel in flight the day after the course!
Thank you Nikon School for helping me to finally feel confident using my camera!
