Neil & Ricci took us on an inspirational tour of how to shot Cityscapes. You could of spent the whole day with them both let alone just 2 hours. Neil & Ricci both informed us of what kit that they had in each of their bags when they went out on the actual tours. Neil & Ricci then took us through some amazing shots of the Cityscapes around the UK while telling us what camera settings, lenses & filters that they used & answered our questions. Excellent meeting. Very knowledgeable trainer. Big benefit of a one to one is the ability to completely get to your questions and wishes without the upsetting a group dynamic which is different. Managed to really understand some of the subtleties of the HDR feature v RAW photos and also several Menu Setup functions not previously understood from reading the manual

A very informative course, well paced giving you time to follow items shown in the menu etc.
The sections were covered in quite good depth and the instruction was clear and precise.
I got nearly all I was hoping for from the course especially the section on all the aspects of focusing.
I didn't come away with feeling it was 3 hours of information overload.

I have recently moved over to Capture One and agree with Neil's observation that the colour rendition is so much better than Lightroom! I had watched David Grover's videos via YouTube and it was great to find he was leading the course! The examples used were very relevant to me and the enhancements made in Capture One gave me inspiration to re-visit some of the old images I had discarded. The content was perfect for a new user of Capture One and I enjoyed every moment!
