COURSE: Nikon School Live: Macro Oil and Water

A very useful bit of training, I have been doing some oil/water shots before the course but also picked up many tips from both Neil and Ricci, on the whole a good course

Fantastic Filters

RATING: 5 of 5

COURSE: How to: Filters

Neil and Ricci's introduction to ND and Grad filters was very informative. The results of using these filters correctly was amazing and all I need to do now is turn this inspiration into practice. I've had a set of these filters for a long time and never really known how to use them. But now I do, so no more excuses. Thanks to Neil and Ricci for a very well presented training.

Outstanding Learning Experience

RATING: 5 of 5

COURSE: One To One Online Tuition

I thoroughly enjoyed the one-to-one learning experience as it helped me better understand some common misconceptions that unfortunately circulates around the web these days.
The instructor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with clear explanations.
I would highly recommend the one-to-one with Nikon School as it provides invaluable information to assist with one's pursuit of mastering the craft and gaining a better understanding of the camera model.

COURSE: How to: Waterfalls

Having watched a few of Neil and Ricci's videos they're always full of useful information. They also provide their own examples to talk about why camera settings were chosen for the shot which I find really helpful.

COURSE: Virtual Landscape Tour - Iceland

Very good Zoom conference with Nikon highlighting the varied and stunning landscape of Iceland. Very enjoyable and interesting presentation. This confirms to me what a dream job Neil has Who could ask for more combining your hobby with your work using the latest kit and travelling to exotic places ‘ Lucky sod‘.

COURSE: How to: Filters

A very good course which gave me a lot of information on filters, including on which are the most useful and those perhaps more toy than use.

Grad & ND filters review

RATING: 4.8 of 5
DATE: JULY 2020

COURSE: How to: Filters

This was an online course involving both Neil and Ricci. I have used filters for several years and had a good understanding of their benefits and limitations. Despite that knowledge I still learnt from attending this course. It was conducted in an informal relaxed manner enabling participants to absorb and think about the information being imparted and the kit being demonstrated. There was plenty of time for questions. These were actively encouraged which helped get many good questions aired.

Thrilling Experience - on a walk through London

RATING: 5 of 5
DATE: JULY 2020

COURSE: Experience Day: Low Light - London Southbank

This was a great experience walking through the greatest living museum - London.
Ricci's introduction at the Nikon School was very good and deep enough. Walking along Regent Street, London Eye, Big Ben, South Bank up to Millenium and London Bridge. We finished late evening - I was so enthusiastic that I continued walking and taking pictures up to Tower Bridge and the next two mornings at Buckingham Palace and London Eye (again). This was the greatest photographic experience I had so far!
