Outstanding course filled with great tips and extremely informative, Provided me with great insight in portraits photography, especially the importance of lighting.

Excellent course. Neil is generous with his knowledge, and I learnt a lot from the course. Some are relatively simple tempt into practice, but some will require me to spend some time perfecting. 3 hours VERY well spent

The course content was excellent, however because of the complexity of the camera and amount of information it was not possible to retain all I had been taught. I asked if a recording of the course would be provided and was told this was not technically possible. This is not true as it is possible to both record and send to attendees the zoom meeting. Also sending follow up information would have been beneficial.

Another very well put together presentation on some of the iconic locations around Iceland. Particularly helpful is the description of settings and composition preferred. Thanks again!

This course was alI needed to find out where I went wrong with my Milky Way images. It was extremely informative, well presented, easy to follow and fun with some fantastic shots that would inspire anyone to take up photography in general.

An impulse ’buy’ I thought for a few quid what have I got to lose? It turned out to be a throughly interesting and useful three hours that gave me a greater knowledge of my trusty D750. I’ve been a D750 user for 3ish years and quite happy & comfortable with using it but just tend to use similar settings based upon my knowledge of photography, not my knowledge of the D750. This short course gave sufficient depth for me to understand why I use what I set, but also the confidence to mix things up.

Until the course I was quite afraid of what appeared to be a complex camera. The course showed it is logical and quite simple and operates electronically in ways that are consistent with old school film photography. At the same time understanding the controls and menus opens up new insights into ways of taking photographs. Ricci explained the course very well and patiently and allowed time for questions and feedback participants may have had.

Great tips and camera set-ups to improve moon, milky way and northern lights shots. Neil and Ricci, as always, were very knowledgeable and ready to answer questions. It was very interesting to learn editing hints and tips for milky way and aurora pictures. The course encourages to get out there and have a go!

Neil presented a series of shots of the Yorkshire Dales describing how the pictures were taken and camera equipment and set-up. It has been a great occasion to brush up landscape photography techniques, very useful and interesting course offered by Nikon School!
