Join Nikon School and award winning food photographer Donna Crous for a day of food photography. You'll be styling and creating various scenes during the course to produce beautiful and unique images. Donna will be providing the mouth watering food being photographed from her gorgeous recipes found on her food blog.
Basic camera settings in manual mode, different lenses and angles.
How to shoot with natural light and manipulate it for striking, dynamic images.
Styling a food scene (working with props, backgrounds, and fabric)
How to take ‘action’ shots to tell a story.
Basic post-production in Lightroom
This course will be recorded and be available for participants to watch after the session has ended.
Donna had me at Hello, I'm Donna, can I help you with your luggage? Donna's course was excellent, ask her anything pertaining to food photography, she gives you her heart. Apart from props and food to work with, we also got to work with a food stylist. Neil complimented with artificial lighting and he is straight to the point knowledgeable. I love Donna's work and it was an enjoyable day learning from both Donna and Neil. I took away so much especially the motivation to put into practice!
