Camera backpack
Walking boots
Suitable clothing for country environment - waterproof jacket, fleece, gloves, hat, etc

Knowledge of:

Understanding of Shutter speed, ISO and Aperture

Activity / fitness
level involved

High level activity

Most of the locations involve relatively short walks, but access to some of the waterfalls involve longer, steeper climbs over uneven and rocky terrain.
