DSLR Photography - Part 1

REVIEWER: Cheryl S.

DATE: DECEMBER 2019

RATING: 5 of 5

"The Nikon experience was a good one. The class size was manageable and the course tutor Neil Freeman made us feel at ease to ask questions. The most important information I learnt on the day was “know the light your working in”. The light is so important to the image you produce. To view those photographs that are not at their best as learning tools and not to press the trashcan button too hastily. Definitely will sign up to Part 2 can’t wait."

Ideal course for novice or amateur photographer

REVIEWER: Uma G.

DATE: DECEMBER 2019

RATING: 5 of 5

"Although it is a beginners course there is enough content to satisfy all levels of skill. My course trainer was Neil Freeman and honestly it was like asking a photography search engine questions! you ask the question Neil knew the answer, you show him the problem he would give you the solution! My course had a variety of skill set including people who had never before used their DSLR's to amateurs like myself but the class is kept small in numbers so as to accommodate for all levels. V satisfied"

Finally off auto!

REVIEWER: Stuart N.

DATE: OCTOBER 2019

RATING: 5 of 5

"I booked this course to gain the confidence and knowledge to take my D3300 off of the auto setting and understand how to get the best from my camera. The course didn't disappoint. Covering all the basics and functionality of digital SLRs I now feel confident adjusting the settings depending upon the subject and conditions. My camera hasn't left my side since!"

Brilliant course!

REVIEWER: Marian B.

DATE: AUGUST 2019

RATING: 5 of 5

"Neil started from the absolute basics - what are the buttons on your camera for? If we thought we knew, we soon found out that there was so much more we could access through buttons we'd never explored. With great patience and huge enthusiasm, Neil took us off Auto and we found we could actually achieve good results so quickly, under his guidance in the streets outside the school Now to practise at home!!!!"

Mystery of my new camera solved

REVIEWER: Carol D.

DATE: AUGUST 2019

RATING: 5 of 5

"We can learn a lot about photigraphy from joining a group or taking a college course but nothing beats being taught how to use your own camera. I got everything I needed from this course, to really start taking good photos. The confusion has dissipated, the intrigue has started. The fun part of photography has begun!"
